Q3, Week 10

March Forth!  That's exactly what I did!  Today is NOT my 47th birthday, as one student assumed incorrectly.  It is however my birthday, and I had my induction into the traditional Archway Chandler birthday extravaganza.  I feel so incredibly appreciated and loved and more a part of the culture of our school!  Thank you, 4A families!  The NY Times Wordle today was timely, and brought a favorite and appropriate C.S. Lewis quote to mind, "There are far, far better things ahead than any we leave behind."

We have four and a half days of school until Spring Break, but who's counting?  I hope everyone has plans to relax and/or enjoy time together with their kids!  Our family is making our first trip to Six Flags Magic Mountain in California for the big roller coaster thrills.  My husband and I are hoping we're not too old to enjoy the rides, I'm bringing motion sickness medicine, just in case.  We've also planned some beach time for our recovery.
